Grew up eating Hebert chocolate. Its amazing chocolate. Even selling chocolate bars for school fundraising. The nostalgia of bringing my kids there is priceless. One thing it did seem bigger as a young kid. 🤔 It's nice they have characters to take pictures with, like Mickey & Minnie Mouse, as well as other different disney characters. I'll for sure be back again soon with the kids. To get myself some chocolate as well!!

Magical candy mansion with a rich history and even richer chocolates. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the area, it's worth a stop. Even if you aren't in the area, it's a destination worth putting on your itinerary.

The store is spacious, and everything is well spaced out. However, there doesn't seem to be any method to their organization. We did come in as it was opening, and 1 staff came to see if I needed anything after about 5 minutes. I was looking for sugar free candy and the girl took me to a small shelf with bars and a few other pre-packaged candies. She did say there were some in the individual candies. There were six different flavors, but were not what I had hoped for. I am certain other patrons would enjoy cherry cordial, peanut butter, caramel marshmallow, and caramel truffles with sea salt. They have a great deal to offer if you are not needing sugar free. The girl was not the most cordial, but she was efficient.

The staff was friendly and helpful however their very own made candy bars are a total waste of money. Purchased peanut butter and mint crunch. There is barely too almost no peanut butter in the bar and the mint crunch lost the crunch in almost half the bar. The peanut butter cup in the truffle section are very very good with a good amount of PB in the cup. I did notice a lot of nuts and chocolate covered nuts but lacking in more of a variety of other things. They need some chocolate crunch with a good amount of crisps inside. They could have a better variety of chocolate than they do. More peanut butter items would be nice.

The best gormet chocolate around. Especially during the holidays. Halloween, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day. They have something for all occasions. They also have a build your own ice cream sundae bar. I've been going there for as long as I can remember. Smells so go in there.

A sweet, longstanding New England brand (though no longer the original family business) housed within a stately stone and stucco Craftsman era magical, majestic manor. IF you're in a nostalgic mood and the idea of visiting a beautifully vintage, formerly iconic chocolate factory with a handsome stone façade is appealing, then you'll likely enjoy stopping in for a visit. It's nice to have a look around, admire the beautiful woodwork and to inhale the sweet aroma, but the selection and quality of the product, just isn't what it used to be. Something drastic seems to have changed the signature white chocolate recently. The legendary silky, seductively smooth texture and rich, creamy flavor has taken on sour notes. This is a huge disappointment considering the product's prior reputation for authentic, high quality consistency.

Good selection. I love that they had sugar free chocolates available. I had a delicious cappuccino chip ice cream and my husband had milky way. There are A couple dozen toppings to choose from if that's what fancy. The clearance section is to the back of the store, I wish I had know this all along there were since great deals back there but I had already paid before spotting it.
